Help please?

Can anyone clarify for me exactly what a “Process Question” is? The Palin camp defended her answering various questions from the media as her not being particularly good with “Process Questions” but I’ve never heard that phrasing before…

  1. In light of her public persona, my only guess is the questions weren’t scripted. She doesn’t know enough of the issues to improvise. She either crammed using the wrong material, her team didn’t give her enough material, she hasn’t worked hard enough or simply it’s all just too much to grasp before the test.
