Ok Folks, I’ve had enough, could America please roll up it’s sleeves and help out New Orleans????
We, the country that does everything bigger and better are letting the folks down , it is to much for a city which was broke before Katrina, they need help. Could everyone who reads this please write to their Mayor and/or government officials……..if every city in the US could adopt just one city block in New Orleans and clean it up, it would be done in no time.
People down there have suffered for five months now, fema, the red cross and the Bush administration all have let them down, the suicide rate is way up since Katrina and the people are loosing hope. Day after day, they have to look at two story high trash, block after block……the insurance companies are giving the people the run-around and are keeping them on hold in some cases for hours and they are trying hard not to pay………….
We all know the politicians are a joke, but the good people of Louisiana are still suffering, who are we as a people if we can’t pull together as a country and help make New Orleans the jewel of the south once again……….we’re looking pretty bad here to the rest of the world!!!!!
